There is no single price that fits every project. The cost depends on its structure, features, content, integrations and the level of design it needs. Once I understand what the project actually needs to do, I prepare a proposal with a clear scope, timeline and cost. If the project is not defined enough yet, we can start with a Web Project Review.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Before we begin, let’s clear up a few common questions.
Costs, timelines, technology, accessibility, maintenance and how I work. These answers can help you understand which direction makes sense for your project.
COSTS AND TIMELINES
Before discussing a solution, let’s define the scope.
It depends on the project’s size, content, features, integrations and feedback schedule. A custom project usually takes several weeks; before we begin, we define the phases, responsibilities and a realistic timeline.
Yes. You do not need a perfect brief. If the context is clear enough, we can start with a project enquiry; if you still need to work out what to build, the Web Project Review helps organise your needs before you invest in a solution.
PROJECT AND APPROACH
A solution shaped around the project.
No. I also design and develop e-commerce projects, portals, private areas, dashboards and content platforms. The right solution depends on what users and the business need to do, rather than on a format chosen in advance.
No. For custom projects, the structure, interface, components and user flows are designed around the project’s specific needs and the people who will use it. I do not start from a pre-made template and adapt it.
Yes. A redesign does not automatically mean throwing everything away. I first review the structure, experience and interface to understand what can stay, what needs fixing and where a deeper rebuild is actually needed.
Yes. Accessibility is part of how I design and build interfaces. I also offer a dedicated Accessibility Audit, combining manual review with automated tools to map issues, prioritise fixes and provide remediation guidance.
TECHNOLOGY AND CONTENT
Technology should follow the need, not the other way around.
I choose technology based on the project. I mainly use Next.js for frontend development; when editorial content needs to be managed, I can integrate a CMS and, when it is the right fit, WordPress. Technology should support the project, not dictate it.
Yes. A Shopify project can have a custom interface, shopping experience and store sections. For Bimbozen, I worked with Shopify/Liquid while keeping the standard cart and checkout features; the platform and integrations are chosen to fit the project.
Yes, when the project calls for it. I can integrate a CMS and design an editorial experience for managing pages, articles, products or other information. The level of independence depends on the project’s structure and features.
Yes. With Web Hub, I design and build portals, private areas, dashboards and web applications with access controls, content and features beyond a traditional website.
I handle the technical SEO connected to a project: semantic structure, performance, metadata, indexing, canonical URLs, sitemaps and technical implementation of content. I do not provide editorial SEO strategy, ongoing keyword research or ranking campaigns.
AFTER LAUNCH
A project can keep evolving over time.
Yes. Support and maintenance are available as a separate service, but the project should not depend on an ongoing relationship with me. Further development, new features and major refactors are scoped separately.
Yes, after a preliminary compatibility check. I review the stack, the project’s condition and available access to understand whether I can work on it safely and sustainably.
Yes. I mainly work remotely with professionals, businesses, startups and teams in different locations. The process uses focused calls, shared materials, feedback and clear handover steps.
Yes. I can support a project with UX, UI, frontend, accessibility or a specific phase of the work, either directly with the client or as part of an existing team.
